CoffeeScript as a Pipeline Stage

e.g.: pipelineStages := Seq(coffee, rjs, filter, digest, gzip)

This would allow us to process files with CoffeeScript and them for example, combine them into a single JS file.

That scenario is possible now with sbt-coffeescript being a source file plugin.
