Do not focus window that would make another window disappear completely

Hi,

Sometimes, when launching an app that creates a window smaller than the previously active window, appears right in the middle of that previously active window, and not under the cursor, trying to move the cursor toward that window will instantly make it disappear, focusing back on the bigger window that the cursor is over.

Therefore, it would be nice to be able to ignore windows that would make another window disappear fully.

The problem you are seeing is because of the application below the smaller window. It is known that Jetbrains apps for some reason raise their windows eventhough it should only receive focus. I am guessing that you have focus delay enabled and raise disabled. If you enable raise, then AutoRaise applies exactly the check you are requesting: smaller window should not disappear if contained within larger window. In focus only mode such check isn't desirable, unless of course the larger window is from an app that isn't behaving as it should. See also: #131 and #192

Thinking a bit longer about this, I remember there was some custom code in AutoRaise for Jetbrains in particular that would apply the larger/smaller window check even in focus only mode. I would have to do some digging to see why that was removed.

I have restored the fix for this which somehow got lost a long time ago. This will go into release 5.6

I have focus enabled but without delay. Delay would solve the issue, but then I couldn't hover things when moving the cursor to another window until I stop moving the cursor, which is one of the main reasons I need AutoRaise for.

Yep, I disabled it because when a blocking modal is open, moving the cursor over the parent window could make it try to focus that parent and loose it instantly to the modal over and over, making both windows blink in a stressful way.
