orbitize.lnlike._chi2_2x2cov cannot handle -1 corr values

Describe the bug
For data correlations of exactly 1 or -1 the ._chi2_2x2cov will return lnlikelihood values of -inf

Expected behavior
I guess this is expected behavior considering the function has (1- corr**2) inside, but maybe should be mentioned/ warned in the documentation that having -1, 1 correlations will result in loglikelihood values of -infs
