In the utils/eval.rb the calculation of true negative is tn=len*(len-1)/2-fp. As I understand, the TN are the base pairs absent in both the predicted and native structure, and thus it should be tn=len*(len-1)/2-fp-tp-fn. Could you please tell me did I and where I misunderstand?
