CAS.read_sql in SWAT R

Is there any equivalent to function read_sql in python-swat for r-swat or is it planned to add function like that?

R-swat does not currently have a function that is the equivalent to the the python-swat CAS.read_sql function. At this time, there are no plans to add the function, but I will pass along this request to product management for their evaluation.
