[Am I stupid?] Why are this buttons not available

I use app freezer with root and freeze mode, but I don't I understand why don't freeze and unfreeze buttons work

Ohhh can you make sure the root is granted and also in the app settings use root option is enabled? And also check the long press menu of the app.... Does it show the unfreeze button?

Root is granted and is selected in app. When I long press on icon of the app theres only "open app freezer" button. But freezing works: when I press on the app icon in the app or when I lock the phone
