[Feature]: Custom per-app color option for notification lighting

Problem Statement

Currently the only options seem to be system color, one specific custom color, or letting the system decide based on app icon. It would be nice if we could choose a custom color per app

Proposed Solution

Allow clicking the app (rather than the toggle) to pop up a screen to choose the color (and a button to reset it to default)

Alternatives Considered

I've considered just using a different app for this feature (aodnotify) and just leaving things as is with the automatically chosen colors.

Ahh got it, i will look into this as it currently extract the colors from the app icon. I will add ability to override them if needed as a future plan
