Stored reminder versioning and migrations

As the title says, the stored reminders should be versioned, for them to not bug out upon installing newer versions. That would involve adding versioning and migrations.

Unless a decision to move to a better form of saving data is made, the current electron-store method will require manually coded migrations, which isn't preferable
A move to a database like local storage might be beneficial.
