[Feature] Bash Completion

Not a problem per say, just noticed that go doesn't seem to provide a completion function (or script to consume), so we don't have tab complete in bash/zsh

Describe the solution you'd like.

Would be pretty cool if the sailpoint cli provided a completion command that dumps a completion script for consumption. I am not familiar with go, but it looks like cobra has lots of examples of what completion looks like.

Given that the target here seems to be "Linux, Mac, Windows", I think those 3 cover the request well :)

Cobra comes with a "completion" cmd out of the box. Yes please.
