Provide links to troubleshooting KB articles like the old tool did

I'm not sure whether this is a clever idea or not.

These articles change often, appear, and disappear. If you implement links to the KB, you must update these links following these changes. In the end you will have more work with the KB links than with the tool itself. The tool would get more updates than necessary only because of changed links without any changes to the functionality.
