Add VPA Recommendation Check?
We've been thinking about ways to check for resource recommendations. It looks like VPA can run in recommendation mode, and then adds a recommendation into the status. This seems like a fairly simple and agnostic check for anyone running the tool.

Note> Integration with other tools, or performing custom queries and calculations would be better suited to to a dedicated CodeBundle.
