(feat) GUI to generate/manage config.ini

Use a GUI (in Python?) to create and manage engine "profiles."

The GUI utility edits and saves config.ini and runs tdu.py.

As of right now, the gui is hard coded, I need to look into dynamic kivy UI's to instantiate the GUI based on how the config.ini is defined.
