🐱 Setup Kitty + Zsh + Oh My Zsh + Powerlevel10k + Nerd Fonts + Dracula

Guía completa para dejar tu terminal Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/Parrot/Kali) lista con un entorno moderno.

📦 1. Instalar Kitty (terminal)

sudo apt update
sudo apt install kitty -y

🔹 (Opcional) Crear atajo de teclado

Ejemplo:

Ctrl + K → comando: kitty

🐚 2. Instalar Zsh

sudo apt install zsh -y

🔹 Establecer Zsh como shell por defecto

chsh -s $(which zsh)

⚠️ Cierra sesión o reinicia para aplicar cambios.

🧰 3. Instalar Git y Curl

sudo apt install git curl -y

🎨 4. Instalar Oh My Zsh

sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ohmyzsh/ohmyzsh/master/tools/install.sh)"

🔤 5. Instalar fuente Hack Nerd Font

Crear carpeta de fuentes si no existe

mkdir -p ~/.local/share/fonts
cd ~/.local/share/fonts

Descargar fuente

wget https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts/releases/download/v3.4.0/Hack.zip

Descomprimir y limpiar

unzip Hack.zip
rm Hack.zip LICENSE.md README.md

Actualizar caché de fuentes

fc-cache -fv

⚠️ Selecciona Hack Nerd Font en la configuración de Kitty.

🧛 6. Tema Dracula para Kitty

Volvemos a home

cd ~

Descargar configuración

curl -o ~/.config/kitty/dracula.conf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dracula/kitty/master/dracula.conf

Incluir tema en Kitty

echo "include dracula.conf" >> ~/.config/kitty/kitty.conf

Incluir resto de comandos en kitty.conf

font_family Hack Nerd Font
background_opacity 1.0

⚡ 7. Instalar Powerlevel10k

Clonar repositorio

git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k.git ~/powerlevel10k

Activar tema en Zsh

echo 'source ~/powerlevel10k/powerlevel10k.zsh-theme' >> ~/.zshrc

Aplicar cambios y activar tema

source ~/.zshrc

Configurar Powerlevel10k (comando)

p10k configure

🧠 8. Plugins de Zsh

Instalar plugins

sudo apt install zsh-syntax-highlighting zsh-autosuggestions -y

Activarlos en .zshrc

Añadir al final del archivo añadir:

source /usr/share/zsh-syntax-highlighting/zsh-syntax-highlighting.zsh
source /usr/share/zsh-autosuggestions/zsh-autosuggestions.zsh

Aplicar cambios

source ~/.zshrc

Al final del archivo también se pueden añadir los alias

# ALIAS RUBEN
alias ll='ls -lh'
alias la='ls -lha'
alias ..='cd ..'
alias cls='clear'
