jruby doesn't support fork

Hi,

first ,thanks for wonderful gem. I'm using rocco under jruby (1.6.2 - latest) on Mac OS X (latest). Just wanted to summarize issues here:

1. The same issue as fixed by pull request Uninitialized constant Object::Rocco #57
2. The fork is not supported on this platform. The issue arise when using locally installed Pygmentise. The remote one (web service) works just fine. Maybe using someting like Albino will help ?
