After navigating to the assignments section In the modules section, you are not allowed to remove a requirement, even though there is a remove button. If you click on a requirement, the entire requirements window is highlighted, but the remove button remains inactive. If you double click the assignment that assignments information is shown, there is no remove button on this popup on this window at all. One resolution would be to have the remove button become active on the single click event.
