Enabling `GraphArrayView` to notice graph change

GraphArrayView should also be updated automatically with the graph change. We can do something similar to what we did for spatial_filter.

Hi @yfukai, just to confirm we're on the same page, would this be a signal to invalidate the cache, forcing a recomputation once indexed again? Is anything else needed?

More precisely, invalidating only relevant cache that includes the updated nodes would be wonderful.
