issue with 'nokogiri-1.5.2` '

I am on ubuntu-14.04 (ruby - 1.9.1). Nokogiri-1.5.2 doesn't build (gem install). However the latest version 1.6.6 does build.

It will be easier to install chromozoom if it works with nokogiri-1.6.6.

Could you please paste the error of the nokogiri compiling log on the screen?

Sometimes compiling nokogiri is tricky. I have tried the following two ways (separately):

• Try compile with --use-system-libraries:

     $NOKOGIRI_USE_SYSTEM_LIBRARIES=1 gem install -v '1.5.2'

• Before gem install, change grep setting so configurator can detect installed libraries.

     $export GREP_OPTIONS="--color=auto"  #then gem install

You may also want to install some libraries such as libxslt and libxml2.

     $apt-get install libxml2-dev libxslt-dev

Hi,
I have already installed the libraries libxslt1 and libxml2. Following is the screen log after bundle install. The above methods did not work when I tried to install nokogiri separately.
