custom tracks now showing when increasing zoom level

Hi..

As you can see in the attached screenshots, I have added 4 tracks to the display... and all are cleary displayed and the NEB gene locus ... However when I ZOOM in 3 or more levels ... those tracks stop displaying the features they contain.

Hi Duarte, sorry about the long hiatus in responding to you, but do you have the custom track you were using for this so I could give it a try and see what's going on?

Sorry powerpak.. it was so long ago that I can't even find the right files

But just as a test I got a related file and tried it again and the same thing happens...

You add then custom track, it works fine ... you search for the gene of interest... in this case the NEB gene and you get taken to it and on the custom track you can see your regions, Zoom in further and they disappear and even when you zoom out again they remain gone!

How can I provide you the file? Do not seem to be able to attach it here.
