  Tracks the v1.0.0 release. This is a major rewrite of many internal components of brighterscript, including a new type system, changed plugin event structure, new AST structure, and more. v1.0.0 also signals to the community that the project is now stable (even though it's been _technically_ stable for a while now) and can be used in production applications without fear of it changing core APIs without warning.
