doesn't support compile time loglevel

Describe the bug
Try "trice insert -loglevel" and get "all flag provided but not defined: -loglevel".
Also in trice source code, no trice_INFO and etc. defined.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run "trice insert -loglevel"
2. tried trice version 1.2.0, 1.2.1, and main branch
