• same as yl update:power && yl update:gas && yl update:s0
• only add values that do not already exist

##yl update:power

• -c --category min/10min/hour/day
• -r --range 1/1-3 etc.
• -R --replace 0/1

• update from last power page
• same as yl update:power -c mins -r 1

##yl update:power --category mins --range 1-3

• update from pages 1-3 of power

##yl update:gas

• -c --category 10min/hour/day
• same range and replace options as yl update:power

##yl update:s0

• same options as yl update:power
