As the title say, would you consider adding a floating pipe to allow for oil rig connection ?
I know that the underwater pipe mod exists but graphics get a bit janky considering that rigs always show non-water pipe connection.
Such pipes could extend for far less than regular ones, like a tenth, to force player to invest into power infrastructure (for the pumps) if they really want to use pipe for long range delivery.
For the recipe a pipe with one or two barrel will match signals buoys.
