when I run the project with this plugin, it will break at 75%

Assertion failed: !GIsRHIInitialized || !GRHISupportsRHIThread [File:D:\build++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\RenderCore\Public\RHIStaticStates.h] , and then the project exist. why? And when i remove this plugin, it works
