The release carries one change, #288: a scrollbar in the chat panel and in the stage's card is drawn in the surface's own colors where a browser shows one at all times. chat.css and stage.css are synced files, so every site's committed copy is stale: a minor. Verified: npm test (1073 pass), conventions-check and conventions-format pass.
