CAPTCHA refresh button does not work in DeclarationOfMembership form

Hi,

we noticed another issue in the DeclarationOfMembership plugin related to the CAPTCHA.

In the online declaration of membership form, a CAPTCHA is displayed at the end of the form.
Next to the CAPTCHA image there is a refresh button to generate a new CAPTCHA if it is hard to read.

Problem:
The refresh button does not work in the declaration of membership form.
Clicking the button does not reload or change the CAPTCHA image.

Additional information:

• CAPTCHA generation itself works (image is displayed, validation works)
• The same refresh button works correctly in the Admidio core CAPTCHA settings page
• This suggests that the CAPTCHA configuration is correct and the issue is plugin-specific

Environment:

• Admidio: 5.0.4
• Plugin: DeclarationOfMembership 3.0.1 Beta 1
• Database: Mariadb
• Deployment: Docker (official Admidio image)

Expected behavior:
Clicking the refresh button should generate and display a new CAPTCHA image, same as in the core Admidio forms.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or testing.

I suspect this problem is due to Admidio's new presenter classes.

Please don't close the issue; I'm working on it.

CAPTCHA works with the Presenter class.

Hi,

thank you for the recent fix regarding the Presenter class! It works perfectly in the standard view.

However, I found that the CAPTCHA refresh button still fails (same behavior as before) when the plugin is called within an iFrame using the Admidio parameter ?iframe=1.

According to the Admidio documentation, this parameter is used to hide the header and menu. It seems that when this mode is active, the refresh logic of the CAPTCHA in the plugin is broken again, while it works fine without the parameter.

Could you please reopen this issue or take another look at how the iframe=1 state affects the CAPTCHA presenter in the plugin?

Steps to reproduce:

Open the plugin URL with the appended parameter: .../declaration_of_membership.php?iframe=1

Try to click the CAPTCHA refresh button.

The image does not reload.
