Add hint about "datum conflict" when non-data frame output CRS is used

When the user requests an output CRS for the result data that differs from the CRS of the current data frame, ArcMap displays a hint about "conflicting datums" or similar in green in the tool output. Let's briefly mention/explain this in the Readme.
