[BUG] Facility Name title does not change when facility is reselected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Facilities --> By Facility
2. Select a facility (e.g. Comm Hall (Front))
3. Click on the back button to return to the all facilities list
   

4. Click on a different facility (e.g. Alumni Room)

5. The URL directs to the correct page, but the title still shows the name of the previously selected facility (note that Alumni Room's URL is /3, which is correct. In fact, if you refresh the page, the title will get updated.
