feat: Build a GUI onboarding based on the same tech stack as the desktop app, make it launch automatically if the gateway hasn't been onboarded yet

Graphical onboarding to allow the onboarding/importing to be done from the GUI. Also add an import menu under File with submenus for each of the major AI harnesses, including OpenClaw, but also Claude/Claude Code, Codex, Hermes Agent, etc.
