Describe the bug
Selecting to not use pre-reseases keeps getting pre releases

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add service with pre releases (I'm using MediaBrowser/Emby.Releases)
2. select no in pre releases
3. It's returning releases with pre releases

Expected behavior
Should ignore pre releases
