Add other ELFs in LibrarySymbols

Sometimes we would like to probe or otherwise find symbols for executables. Currently, librarysymbols output only considers shared objects.

Modify the filter to include output in librarysymbols.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The name is confusing so we could either rename librarysymbols or add another output called programsymbols or something

I've sort-of addressed this in #727.

I think a better approach here might update a database or file on-demand?
