Subject: [PATCH] fix(frontend): correct about page pricing to approved
 $999/$499

Replace the stale $425/mo (billed annually) copy on /about with the
approved list price ($999/mo per facility) and founding design partner
price ($499/mo). Update about-copy tests to match. No other pages.
