Using v2023.09.28-rc0

Case SLA isn't getting updated and remains the same even after 20 days.
As per #254, assuming there is an SLA monitoring service and option to create SLA policies. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option for it in UI.

Is there any workaround for this, or can we create the required policies via API?
