Event-Queue - Shows only one organization

Using v2023.09.28-rc0
I've multiple sub-organizations configured with required inputs, when I logged in with a global (default org) admin account I could
only see one sub-organization listed on the event queue -> filter bar -> organization section.

Can we have all sub-organizations listed in the quick filter bar, when logged in as a global admin user?

Oh wow hmm that's interesting, you should be able to see everything from the Default Organization as it has global access. Can you navigate to the profile page for your global admin using the hamburger menu in the top right and click the Security tab and tell me what all organization permissions you have?

This is what I see in my local instance

The user has "Admin" role with all the required organization permissions

Can you upgrade to 2024.01.30-rc0 and see if the issue persists? 2023.09.28 is rather old and changes have been made to this endpoint since that release that may or may not rectify this issue, I am digging through all our internal changes now to see if I properly documented it or not.
