• How to create a PR for this repo
• Contact point for maintainers
• ...etc

as you can see in #60 the maintainer lost access and this repo is no longer maintained. Making this issue mute here.

I'm maintaining an up to date fork at https://github.com/kvij/scuttle. Issues and PR's can always be opened. No further guidelines are added until they are needed. As far as I can see it's fairly low traffic.
