Specify a template for output files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For now, the created template architecture is fixed and we can not change it. As the goal is not to impose an architecture to the user but rather simplifly the creation of components matching their needs, the CLI should include the possibility to edit output files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Specify in the CLI a path to a template for the output. The template should be valid. If no output template path is given , then we still use the default files.

do you mean something like reacli component Button --template /long/path/to/the/template?
thats pretty inconvenient. What I think is needed is a possibility for a user to set a path to the templates once then use a shorter regular command.

I guess we could do both now: setting up the path to the template in the .reacli for long time use, or directly in the command line for a single use
