Lower framerate as configured for images

Running the Plugin on Ubuntu 22 with ROS2 humble.
On a RRROS2CameraComponent I set the framerate to 45, but with ros2 topic hz -w 45 /image_raw I only get arround 28-30.

Is this known and is there a way around?

max publishing rate is UE game framerate since it uses game tick for loop publisher
