Android Release Prep

Latest 0.2.5 branch release adds experimental support for Android application (tested in emulator).
Now to push this forward to Google play, this issue tracks different missing features necessary to be looked into before the release.

Checklist:

• UI/UX tidy up for android release (rework on navigation)
• QR Sync: Sync opml data between desktop and mobile app (optional)
• Setup assets for Android (icons, fonts, etc)
• Building APK or AAB files
• Signing Android APK files
• Publish Privacy Policy for project in Github Pages
• Android App screenshots (Tablet/Phone)
• Setup project launch page in Google Play Console
• Submit app for review and release
• Provide APK/AABs download links in Github release and pages (Including direct download option)
