Not working in 4.4.2 android devices

When i am running this code on my android 5.0.2 htc desire 800 I am able to discover other mobile devices. However, when i run the same code on my asus zenfone(4.4.2) nothing shows up.Please help me in resolving this issue.

I regret that. Could you be more specific about the problem, maybe post a run trace showing the error. I tried replicating this but all seemed fine.
