Integrate the new UI visualization with the plugin for real data

I modified the UI to better capture the different abstractions the DTaaS is providing. I also updated it to use the "Pools" as described in #7 .

The new UI is located in #6 (feature/dtaas-viz-ui). It is completely a front-end prototype and doesn't use real data. This issue focuses on making this UI "real" -- integrating it with the plugin.

Done across three PRs, all merged into devel:

• The twin pane is DOM: scrollable, no twin can vanish #10 / Changed the UI to better match the different abstractions #6: DOM twin pane, scroll, bulk expand/collapse, pool titles linking to the dispatcher's Explorer page
• The twin cards draw the real graph (#8, step 1) #11: twin cards draw the real graph -- twin_list ships components (class names, kinds, dtypes, model keys), fake data removed, real convergence metrics
• Pool tables attribute tasks to components; channels pane grows an inputs group (#8) #15: pool tables attribute tasks to their submitting component (task_components on the wire), channels pane splits external inputs from twin streams, bundled sample recording re-captured from the current stack (incl. a failed twin and the new fields)

Dashboard is at v0.10.0; the standalone page self-demos with the new sample.
