Don't allow assets to be uploaded with same name

You can upload two assets with the same name.
I would expect this to cause issues when picking asset names and linking.

I imagine it would look like this?

Two files picked for uploading ->
    show a pop up to say you can't upload two files of the same name 
    OR
    force one to be selected out of the two

Go to upload an asset ->
    Asset already exists, show pop up
