If there is other usb devices at the same usb hub with arduinoHIDKeyboard, all
usb devices will be disabled as unrecognized device temporary, including arduinoHIDKeyboard.
Removing all the usb device on the same hub and then repluging arduinoHIDKeyboard will usually works.
