Disable Gnome Screensaver via gsettings overrides

Instead of asking users to, why not just add an override in /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/ (99_*.override) to disable it at image creation while it's still bugged?

Just remember to, afterwards: sudo glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/
