Single Snake .cia file for installing dev firmware in my New 2DS XL

i happen to have just one .cia file of dev firmware,
[SD_SystemUpdater_SNAKE-0_34_0-EU.cia]
Since your tool states its not dessigned for single .cia installations,

Will this be safe? I confirmed the region and the version.
everything seems to be in this one .cia file.

Hahahahaha did the mistake almost like me you gotta get a whole file not just one apparently the archive likes to glitch download the whole archive then press on upgrade wait till it’s done then downgrade it should install if you need help 1z_ on discord
