[Feature Request] Character in location

Context

It would be useful to have a "InLocation" filter similar to AssetFilter that will be used to check of ghosts are in the proper locations, for example.

Similar to Asset Filter you should be able to select a structure (or system, that could work as well).
Should have reverse logic support as well.
