1. vs2022-windows-vcpkg does not exist.

Available configure presets:

  "vs2022-windows-vcpkg-se"
  "vs2022-windows-vcpkg-ae"
  "vs2022-windows-vcpkg-vr"

2. vcpkg.json is configured wrong. Remove builtin-baseline and overrides entirely, otherwise vs2022-windows-vcpkg-ae fails with error code 128.

Turns out latest xbyak causes the game to crash, and vcpkg's builtin-baseline parameter is broken.

Create a new file next to the vcpkg.json file called vcpkg-configuration.json, and move the baseline in there instead:
