How to get IPNB up and running on a different server? #1

Description

@devdazed

The setup instructions you give here are great when working locally with a local version of DSE installed.

How would one go about setting up IPython Notebook to work with a remote DSE cluster? I would like to have an IPython Notebook server that anyone can access without having to install IPython notebook on the DSE cluster.

Additionally, your docs specify setting the spark master to spark://127.0.0.1:7077, however when running as a cluster the spark master could potentially be on any one of the nodes in the cluster. Is there a way to get the value of the spark master or let DSE assign the value as it does in dse spark-submit ?
