Share link generation points to external URL and fails on‑premise

Description
The main Excalidraw application generates share links that reference an external URL to be generated https://json.excalidraw.com/api/v2/post/. When running Excalidraw on‑premise without internet access, these links are invalid and the sharing feature does not work.
