[BUG] 嘴上如果有部分阴影，应用口红效果时不全面

嘴上如果有部分阴影，应用口红效果时，只有阴影部分明显有效果，没被阴影覆盖的地方效果不明显或无效果，口红就看着很奇怪

Expected behavior
希望整个嘴巴不管是否有阴影全都完整应用上口红特效
