Not allowing any datasource -> page additions

I keep getting the error:

ERROR: Thcombination already exists. Try again.

When trying to use the dark panel on the right. The error message is odd too, as it is missing some characters.

I can't add any pages and datasources at all, with any combination, although there are only the pages defined in the preferences.
