add 2nd board (esp32-c3) - and mqtt issues

Hi,

I have two topics:

• What about adding a 2nd board for wifi - connect them with uart. This would create a nice stand alone module.
• I was using it with android app, but the discovered vehicles (or packets) are not visible at https://opentrafficmap.org/. Did I miss something? How can I debug MQTT?

I also noticed that traffic light data is displayed on OpenTrafficMap, but vehicle information is not
